Hi
Thanks for being a loyal email subscriber and Dr Seuss once said
“Today you are you! That is truer than true! There is no one alive who is you-er than you!”
And yet we have those days when we would want to be anyone other than our selves in our life today. Why is that?
Let's explore

If I have learned anything over the past 10 months is that no matter what is happening in my life, it just keeps coming. Life continue to unfold no matter if we are in it or not.
There are tough times in life for sure, but what might make it tougher is us.
When we look back there may be regret or painful memories, when we look forward we may feel life is intangible. But where we have control in in this very second. And this blink of an eye leads to the next best version of us and our life.
But I think it becomes much more difficult when we are exhausted by life, and we have had a lot of that lately. Tucked tightly inside our homes, some blanketed by fear, others shunned by life long friends and everyone has an opinion that they are right?
But what if we took a few minutes and days to simply breath and refuel our self.
It's such a normal thing to fill the car with gas, get the oil changed, check the brakes, but how do we recognize that our tank is empty?
And if sleep is an ongoing issue then Lana Walsh is your go to expert. And she is sharing next week at the women with purpose Summit. (link is above)
And many of you know I became a wife of an angel 10 months ago, so I understand the deep reserves required to process grief.
Grief means our tank is often empty. It just takes more energy to do the daily routine. grief comes with overwhelm.
And overwhelm affects everything, decisions, self confidence, it can make us feel like we are drowning under the weight of emotion.
YUP, feelings of overwhelm is definitely a sign.... It is time to take a personal day, to slow down.
When I feel overwhelm I take time for several routines that help.
Breath, meditation, visualization, journal, silence, or take time for you. It's an investment worth ever minute.
Breathwork is simply amazing and the benefits are beyond what you ever considered.
Reduced Anxiety, grief, increased awareness, immunity, better sleep just to name a few! Nicole Nykolaishyn is a breath expert and she is speaking at Women With Purpose next week.
